How to customize lighting?

1. Customer inquiry——Send us the pictures or drawings of the lamps you want. The more details the better. If you are working on a whole project, you can send us the decorative chart, architectural drawing and other details.

2. Information collection——If you have a project on hand, please send us the plan, elevation, decoration style, etc (the more details the better). With these information we can serve you better.

3. Preliminary scheme and quotation

9. Technical help (installment instruction)——If you need it, we will send the engineer to help the installment part. But we have to charge for the technical help

What can I do if the lamps break during the transportation?

Our products will be well packed before transportation. If the breakage caused by non-artificial reason during the transportation, please send us the pictures, the item number and also the order number of the products. We will deal with this problem as soon as possible and then give you a satisfy respond.

Can you make customized lighting for big projects?

Actually, most of our clients focus on projects. We did a lot of projects in different countries, hotels, shopping malls, villas, apartments and etc. You can find some projects we done in the website. And we can also send our catalogs to your email. Please contact us.

How can I get the price?

If you want to customized, please send us the pictures and details of the products you want. Then we will provide the price to you after calculating by email.
